Native son of Boston, Massachusetts Terrance J. Williams was born at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital on January 24, 1969.  Raised by his mother Eva Williams, who worked for the MBTA for over 25 years and father Norris Watkins who was a small business owner. Terrance was raised in Mission Hill along with 6 brothers and sisters.  A product of the Boston Public Schools system, Terrance attended the Maurice J. Tobin Elementary, Thomas A Edison Middle School and graduated with the class of 1987 from the Mission Church High School.  Terrance has three children Sheylani, Charles and Terrance that live in the Boston community. He has a long-standing tenure working for the Boston Water and Sewer Commission for over 25 years, and the Suffolk County Sheriff Department for approximately 8 years.
